Privacy policy

This policy explains what Tecifo Solutions ("Tecifo", "we") collects when you use tecifo.com, why we collect it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Tecifo Solutions is based in Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@tecifo.com.

What you send us. When you send a project brief, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, work email, company (optional), budget range and start date (optional), and your description of what you are building. We use this only to reply to you and to prepare for a call. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field and a short-lived rate limit keyed on your IP address; the IP address is held in memory for a few minutes and is not stored.

How the brief reaches us. The form is delivered to info@tecifo.com by Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the message content and your email address to deliver it and keeps delivery logs for a limited period under its own privacy policy. We do not add you to any mailing list when you send a brief.

Booking a call. If you book a discovery call, the scheduler is provided by Cal.com. Cal.com collects the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time, any notes) under its own privacy policy, and we receive them as a calendar invitation. The scheduler only loads when you open the booking section.

Downloads and email. If you request a download such as a checklist, we store your email address with Resend so we can send it to you, and we may send a small number of related notes afterwards. Every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us at info@tecifo.com to remove your address at any time.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views and interactions without cookies and without storing personal identifiers. Where enabled, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and calls to action are used; Google may set cookies and process your IP address in a truncated form under Google's privacy policy. We use these reports in aggregate to improve the site. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers may be located outside your country. Vercel processes request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to serve the site and protect it, under Vercel's privacy policy.

Retention. We keep briefs and the email conversation that follows for as long as the conversation or project is active, and then for up to two years for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form according to the retention settings of the service that produced it.

Your rights. You can ask us to tell you what personal details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email info@tecifo.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to or restrict our processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.
